Please when the time comes sign in for the time spent on the Learning-  ie.  9 hours ( if that is what it is taking in time to do)  The homes want us to do it on work time.  So if needed ask to be back filled in order to complete the Training.  –  i would suggest to make arrangements to come to work on a day off, and book a computer with the home to complete your training.  If possible get it all done in one day. –  the homes did express that it was successful in it education according to the Ministry-   but they are currently adjusting the Surge Learning moduals.   But most importantly if you have completed all the training on your own time.  And havent recieved payment for more then 4 hours , you need to show proof to your manager and therefor grieve so you become whole.
